Pathetic as it is to admit, the only meal that makes everyone in my family happy is pizza. Many of you have probably tried Larchmont Village Pizza on Larchmont Boulevard. It serves delicious pizza and is a perfect spot for a casual family dinner. Well, now they have a Hollywood location on Yucca. They have the same menu and the same delicious pizza. Or sometimes my son likes the spaghetti and meatballs. Parking was a problem until a few weeks ago but they have a lot now around the corner on Vine and Cahuenga. They also will do “to go” orders so you can call ahead, or they will deliver free if you are nearby.
Order thin or thick crust, I prefer the thin crust, but both are delicious. The kids will most likely eat plain cheese pizza, but the basil and garlic pie is also great. I have also had them cater a birthday party, and the pizza was a big hit with the parents and kids.
Every household needs at least one pizza night, and Village Pizza is really superb.
